Here are some shots of the general idea, but without the figures. It's the time when Leon tries to get in a boat to reach the other side of the lake. Behind him some of the infected villagers are following and they will be at the upper part of the scene. You can check this scene on Youtube, there are many videos for Resid. Evil 4 gameplay. For the groundwork I applied the same technique as in my previous dioramas. For the rocks, pieces of cork from a wine bottle and for the sea wall putty, worked with a brush while still wet.
And some photos of the details. The boats are vacuum formed over a balsa master and the cart is made of styrene with Grandt Line wheels that were thinned so they look finer and in scale.
